MAC Source: A Company to Watch
MAC Source, a voice and data systems integrator, was recognized in the May 2009 edition of CRN Magazine as one of the companies in their annual "25 to Watch – Companies That Should Be On Your Radar."
In May 2009, CRN Magazine published their 2009 VAR 500 List describing the largest Solutions Providers in North America. MAC Source, ranked at #513, is listed in the "25 to Watch – Companies That Should Be On Your Radar."
"This is nice recognition from a national publication and speaks to the efforts of all of our employees who have helped MAC Source grow. Additionally, this honor helps validate that we are a true systems integrator with the capacity to design, install and maintain enterprise voice/data and converged networks," said Tim McDermott president of MAC Source.
Meridian Group International, Inc., the parent company of MAC Source, was also listed at #154 for this year with annual revenue of over $300 Million.

MAC Source partners with several industry-leading manufacturers including Juniper Networks, Aruba Networks, IBM, Microsoft, Polycom, Axis Communications, Adtran and Motorola. These new partnerships have increased our product offerings and enhanced the solutions we provide to our customers. MAC Source completed its most recent fiscal year, March 31, 2009, with a 21 % increase in employees; bringing our total number of employees to 104. Most of the additional personnel have had previous experience in the technical field. The new positions include specialists in data networks, contact centers, maintenance services, and small to medium size business solutions. All of these factors have attributed to a 4% increase in revenue for MAC Source over the past year.
