Leadership Adirondack brings together leaders from diverse backgrounds and perspectives in order to increase their ability to be effective persons of change. By developing an in-depth understanding of Tech Valley, by meeting with other leaders from throughout the area, by sharing hands-on experiences and networking with Leadership Adirondack Alumni, class members are able to become more influential in critical decisions facing the region.
